Ari reads and sorts
Every inbound email is read, tied to the right project, and triaged — respond, wait, or ignore. Money, legal, and complaint emails are flagged high-stakes from the start.
Ari drafts in your voice
Drafts are grounded in what your business actually said — the quote you gave, the dates you agreed, the people on the job. Ari never invents a price, date, or commitment.
You approve. Then it sends.
One tap from your phone. Before anything goes out, an independent Outbound Guardian re-checks the recipients, the numbers, and the scope of what you approved.

Gate 1 — your confirmation
No email sends, no calendar event is written, and no file changes without your explicit OK. There is no autonomous-send path for money — a draft can never carry a price or commitment you didn't approve.
Gate 2 — the Outbound Guardian
An independent checker screens every approved draft: right recipients, money always confirmed, nothing beyond the scope of what you said yes to, volume caps. A miss rounds back to you — never a silent edit.
Humans for the hard calls
High-stakes mail — money, legal, complaints, VIPs — and anything the Guardian flags escalates to a person. Escalation never retires.
Reversible and audited
File changes are previewed and confirmed; deletes go to the recycle bin, never a hard delete. Every action lands in an append-only audit log.

Ari keeps a per-project memory of everything your business captures — so answers and drafts come from your facts, not guesses.
- Capture anything. Voice memos from the truck, photos from the site, files and emails — transcribed, extracted, and filed to the right project with its source kept.
- Ask Ari. "What did we quote Dana?" "Who's the inspector on Henderson?" Answers come from your own record, with the receipts.
- Calendar, gated. Ari proposes events from your email and memos; nothing lands on the calendar until you confirm it.
- Your files, in your drive. Uploads are filed into your own Google Drive or OneDrive, and Ari helps keep it organized — every change previewed and confirmed.

Private by default
No ads. Your data is never sold and never used to train generalized AI models.
Connection credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM, a key per business), access is fenced per business, and "delete everything" actually completes.
